5Excellent Bikram yoga shorts!Oct 08, 2011

I love these shorts for Bikram yoga - the cotton gusset means no underwear line because you don't have to wear underwear! While the waist is a little higher than I'd like (I like the low-rise shorts) I have found that if I fold the waist band creatively (fold it down then up) I get the appearance I want (looks just like in the picture but sits lower). Even when I have folded it over in my funny way, I have never had the problem of the waist band rising up my abdomen in class. Although the black material in the shorts does tend to stretch out and get a little loose at the end of class, it is never saggy or too loose and regains it's shape upon washing.

I don't normally wear yoga shorts because they tend to be a bit short for my liking but these are long enough that I feel comfortable in them and they don't scoot up any higher. The pink roll over part tends to unfold and climb up my abdomen so I find myself adjusting them in between poses.
