The little ball is great and has not broken on me yet. I have had it for over 1 year. The video is great and you can really feel the burn on your abs the next day.

Aside from the atrocious smell of this thing, it is pretty good. This made me realize how out of shape I really am. The crunches are SO much more intense with this than without.
It took about one month for the vinyl-chemical smell of this to subside. Another issue I found, is that it tends to lose air slowly, so each time I use it I must re-inflate it a bit. Perhaps that is normal, I don't know....I never had one before.

Stott Pilates is a brand that is held out as the best, of premium quality and highly functional. For the most part, this is holding true in my experience. This package includes a ball, a poster and a DVD. The ball is OK. The poster is OK. The DVD does not have chapter markers or the ability to go to a specific exercise. It only has the ability to play the whole workout, sequentially. Usually, this is part of Stott's DVD design. The workout is a good one and the use of the small stability ball as a prop is well done. For the most part, the workout is essential to intermediate, but she throws in a few tough ones. about 40 minutes of core work on a mat with a ball.

I was expecting this set to arrive the same way it's pictured. The DVD was ok but the ball that is actually in the package you recieve is not the same ball advertised or in the DVD. I recieved a smaller ball in more of a green color and I expected to get the same color (powder blue)and size as shown on the package.

The ball is only 7" & the dvd calls for a 12" ball. I couldn't do everything on the dvd because it was too difficult for me with a smaller ball.
