I love the ball for Bender Ball type exercises of course, and I keep the inflate straw in my jewelry box to keep away from my grandson. But he has found and beat the heck out of this ball a few times, and the material just keeps holding up. Such a reasonable price for a high quality product is a rare treat!

this was really good! just as good as benderball if you dont want the dvd. so much cheaper and it works just the same. when im bored i just lay and do situps. its really good for streching my abs and getting the structure.

inflate with a straw to the poistion that most works for you. Its al ittle bigg than I thought it would be but no big deal

I love this little ball! It is the perfect size and has just enough give to be comfortable. It was a great buy. Well worth it!

I purchased this to add to my home pilates studio. It's a nice addition and helps me change up my exercises.
